TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All cross stitch kits are brand new. All kits come with black and white chart/pattern; virtual photo of the finished project with easy step-by-step instructions; fabric/aida cloth; needles and complete DMC skeins to finish the project.
PAYMENT: We accept PAYPAL payments only.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: We ship WORLDWIDE thru registered mail (may take 3-4 weeks depending on location and distance and tracking number). Buyers may request expedited shipping thru EMS (may take 3-7 days with tracking number). Just email us for EMS rates. Items shall be dispatched within 2-3 business days from confirmation of payment. Shipping is from MONDAYS thru FRIDAYS. We do not ship during weekends and public holidays.
RETURN POLICY: All sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of the items.
